Who we are
The Water Stewardship Vietnam is a project by Water Stewardship Asia Pacific which aims to build resilience and enhance water security through the engagement and capacity building of industry and communities in addressing shared water challenges in Vietnam.
Our Mission
This project will add to the engineering, technical and regulatory initiatives underway by engaging industrial, commercial, agricultural and community water users in understanding water challenges and collaborating on strategies to address those challenges.

Hạnh Huỳnh
Giám đốc
Hạnh Huỳnh là người sáng lập Tổ chức Water Stewardship Vietnam(WSVN), hành trình tiếp cận khung quản trị nước bền vững – water stewardship của cô bắt đầu vào năm 2016 tại Úc cùng tổ chức Water Stewardship Asia Pacific với vị trí là một nhà nghiên cứu phân tích lưu vực. Tốt nghiệp ngành Khoa học Môi trường và Quan hệ Quốc tế, Hạnh Huỳnh là một chuyên gia có nhiều kinh nghiệm thực hiện các chương trình về phát triển bền vững. Hạnh Cô hiện hỗ trợ việc phát triển các công cụ và thực hành trong quản trị nước bền vững cũng như xây dựng các chương trình nâng cao nhận thức và quản lý có sự tham gia giúp việc quản lý nước có trách nhiệm, công bằng và bền vững.
Megan McLeod
Chuyên gia Water Stewardship
Megan McLeod là Giám đốc Chương trình tại Water Stewardship Asia Pacific. Là một nhà địa chất thủy văn, Megan là một chuyên gia trong quản lý nước bền vững và đã phát triển cũng như quản lý các dự án và chương trình đào tạo tiên phong về quản lý nước bền vững kể từ lúc phát triển và ra mắt Tiêu chuẩn Quản lý Nước Quốc tế – International Water Stewardship Standard 2014. Based in South Australia, Megan lãnh đạo nhóm chương trình Quản lý Nước Bền Vững Châu Á Thái Bình Dương để thúc đẩy và hỗ trợ quản lý nước trên toàn khu vực.
Sandra Hall
Chuyên gia Water Stewardship
Sandra là Giám đốc điều hành của Water Stewardship Asia Pacific. Tiến sĩ Hall trước đây đã giữ vai trò tổng giám đốc của Trung tâm Công nghệ Sinh học Nước và Môi trường Úc (Australian Centre for Water and Environmental Biotechnology) at the tại Đại học Queensland, được cho là đứng thứ hai trên toàn cầu về nghiên cứu quản lý nước đô thị. Tiến sĩ Hall bắt đầu sự nghiệp của mình trong lĩnh vực sinh thái vi sinh vật của các nhà máy xử lý nước thải. Cô có hơn 18 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý và dẫn đầu các chuyên gia nghiên cứu trong ngành nước. Với tư cách là giám đốc của Hiệp hội Nước Úc (AWA) và chủ tịch nhóm chuyên gia truyền thông công chúng và khách hàng của Hiệp hội Nước Quốc tế (IWA), bà đã được vinh danh là thành viên của IWA vào năm 2016 để ghi nhận tác động của bà đối với ngành công nghiệp nước toàn cầu.
Karen Delfau
GEDSI Specialist
Karen’s work bridges research and practice to address water governance complexities, focusing on questions of gender equality, resilience, and knowledge co-creation. She brings 20 years’ applied knowledge addressing the intersection of water governance, water science, gender equality and social inclusion, and climate change resilience in Western Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the US/Mexico border.
Karen holds University degrees and professional postgraduate certification in Geology, Public International Law, Integrated Water Management, and Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and she is currently an independent consultant and also a doctoral researcher and lecturer with the University of Toulouse, Institute of Political Sciences. Her transdisciplinary background provides the basis for analysis and assessment of systemic complexities, and the ability to undertake multi-criteria analysis to address trade-offs in human-environment challenges.
Fany Wedahuditama
Water and Environmental Governance and Alternative Development Specialist
Fany Wedahuditama is the chairman of Water Stewardship Indonesia. He also served as the Executive Director of the Indonesia Water Coalition and Regional Coordinator for Global Water Partnership – Southeast Asia (GWP-SEA). An Indonesian national with over 20 years of international experience, Fany is a seasoned senior manager specializing in designing and implementing development programs aligned with SDGs, particularly focusing on water (SDG 6), partnerships (SDG 17), and disaster risk reduction. Fany also boasts strong experience working across all levels of government and facilitating the adoption of good water stewardship principles among businesses, including the establishment of the Indonesia Water Coalition.
